Our return policies
What is our Return Policy?
Our policy is we want you to be happy and satisfied!
You can get a refund, within 30 days of purchase, for all products sold on the online store. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The item must be in the same condition as you received it - all hangtags, header cards, boxes, must be still in new condition and attached to product.
All items on sale are final. All items that are no longer available online at the time of the return cannot be refunded or exchanged
How do I process a Return?
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once agreed upon, please print out the email authorizing the return.
3. Ship the item back with a printed copy of the authorization email.
When will my order be refunded and/or issued a store credit?
Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original,
undamaged condition, we will refund you and/or issue store credit within
seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place.
Can I do an exchange instead?
Yes. If you're not fully happy with your order, or the size is too small or too big, we will be happy to issue an Exchange. The same rules apply as with with our Return Policy.
What if my order came damaged?
In the event this happens, please send photos to email@example.com and we will cover all the shipping costs and replace your order as a top priority.
